Moncli 0.2.4

A new version of Moncli is released:

This release immediately follows the 0.2.3 release to fix 2 issues which got unnoticed during  that release:

• Moncli doesn't submit valid json data to the broker.
• traceback module not loaded

Both issues have been tackled.
